Women in Medicine Society

We are pleased to announce that we have founded a new society in the medical school which has been named - Dundee University Women in Medicine and Surgery Society, DUWIMSS.

The motto of our society is to support, promote and connect women in Medicine and Surgery with our aims including but not limited to :

- Increase the representation of women in Medicine, Research and Surgery.

- Encourage diversity and inclusion within Medicine.

- Supporting, promoting and connecting women in Medicine.

- Breaking the glass ceiling and unravelling stereotypes.
