Dundee University Medical Society (otherwise known as DUMS) is the oldest and biggest student society in the underrated Scottish city of Dundee! We run more events than any other medical school society in the UK, and we're adding more to our calendar every year!

To bring Dundee University medical students together to create a shared community that consists of fun events, peer support and great memories.

To provide a welcoming and enjoyable environment to all medical students at University of Dundee, in hope that this allows them to create their own social circles and support networks.

to increase the satisfaction of students studying medicine at University of Dundee through hosting the best social events the student cohort has ever seen.

To establish "medic families", to encourage mingling, friendship and support networks across all year groups.

To act as a governing body to help establish support, and maintain "spin-off" medical societies and sports clubs at University of Dundee.
